Tracy Tutor Is Joining RHOBH Season 16 — And Dorit Should Be Very, Very Nervous.
The Million Dollar Listing veteran is trading luxury listings for a diamond. She's arriving with Bravo experience, Beverly Hills connections, and a very specific grudge she's been holding since 2025. DDW has been on this beat for months. Pull up a chair.
Somewhere in Beverly Hills, a woman is reading her Instagram notifications and suddenly reconsidering the concept of friendship bracelets. That woman is Dorit Kemsley. Because Tracy Tutor — luxury real estate mogul, five-season Bravo veteran, and the woman who publicly aired Dorit's dirty (and apparently unpaid) laundry on a SiriusXM radio show in 2025 — has just been handed a diamond. Or possibly a "friend of" credit. Honestly, the title barely matters. She has access to the cast trips, the dinner table, and a microphone.
This is not casting. This is Bravo ordering room service.
Andy Cohen called Tracy joining RHOBH "a long time coming," which is a very elegant way of saying someone at Bravo finally looked at Dorit's current situation and thought: You know what this needs? A luxury real estate agent who already knows where the bodies — and possibly the liens — are buried. We choose to believe Andy personally typed "must have pre-existing Dorit beef" into the casting requirements.
Tracy confirmed the news on Instagram on August 19 with the relaxed energy of a woman who has absolutely no unfinished business whatsoever. Jennifer Tilly immediately screamed "WHEEEEE" in the comments. Bozoma Saint John dropped a welcome. And somewhere deep inside Bravo headquarters, a producer quietly closed a laptop and whispered: Season secured.
DDW readers, of course, already know exactly why this is funny. We've been on the Dorit Unpaid Bills Beat for so long we should probably have press credentials at the courthouse. But for anyone just arriving — welcome. Pull up a chair. Unlike several of Dorit's alleged bills, this story has been outstanding for quite some time.
And longtime readers? You may sit there looking smug. You've earned it.
WHO IS TRACY TUTOR — And Why Should You Care?
Tracy Tutor, 51, was born and raised in Hidden Hills, California — which is about as Beverly Hills-adjacent as it gets without technically being Beverly Hills. Her father is Ronald Tutor, CEO of Tutor Perini, one of the largest construction and civil contracting companies in the United States. In other words: she didn't stumble into luxury real estate. She was born into the language of it.
Before the listings, there was a brief acting phase in the late 1990s. (Exposé. No Vacancy. We're not going to dwell on this but we're also not going to pretend it didn't happen.) Then she pivoted hard, got her real estate license, built an empire, and in 2017 joined Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 10 as the show's first-ever female main cast agent. She stayed for five seasons, through the show's Season 15 wrap in September 2024 — after which Bravo put MDLLA "on pause," which is Bravo's polite way of saying "we're not sure what to do with this."
In the years since, she has: written a Wall Street Journal bestselling book (Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word), co-founded a sugar-free wine brand called UN'SWEET, launched a digital series called Mansions & Martinis with her MDLLA best friend Josh Flagg, and been named a 2026 Leader of Influence in Real Estate by the LA Business Journal. She also documented a facelift, neck lift, and brow lift on social media with absolutely zero apologies. Honestly? Iconic behavior.
And while we're here: the book is an actual bestseller. No dagger. The wine exists. The real estate career exists. The businesses are operating. We checked. This would not normally be worth mentioning.
She's single (confirmed as of July 2026), is raising two daughters — Juliet, 20, and Scarlett, 17 — from her marriage to actor Jason Maltas (divorced 2018), and has the kind of sharp, no-nonsense energy that plays extremely well on reality TV. MDLLA fans already know she doesn't back down from confrontation. The RHOBH cast is about to find out.
AND THEN TRACY OPENED HER MOUTH — Here's Where It Gets Good.
In March 2025, Tracy Tutor sat down on SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live — a show roughly as conducive to discretion as tequila at a Housewives reunion — and said, quite casually, that Dorit Kemsley doesn't pay her bills. Not one bill. Apparently, several people.
According to Tracy, Dorit had owed money to her hairstylist, Chris Dylan, for months. She also named her own makeup artist. In other words, Dorit had allegedly wandered into Tracy's personal glam ecosystem, borrowed the wildlife, and forgotten that hair and makeup artists generally prefer payment over exposure to Boy George.
And then came our favorite part.
Chris Dylan confirmed that Dorit had, in fact, paid him in full. That day. Not the week before. Not sometime recently. The same day Tracy discussed it publicly. Apparently the fastest payment processor in Beverly Hills is SiriusXM. Nothing loosens a checkbook quite like a woman with a microphone and excellent recall.
Tracy wasn't standing out there alone. Patti Stanger — yes, Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger — jumped into the Instagram comments because apparently this story required a Bravo-adjacent collections department: "So this is my hairstylist too! Dorit needs to pay him! I would hate to see this end up in court!"
At this point, Chris Dylan had a luxury realtor, a millionaire matchmaker, and the general public involved in getting an invoice paid. QuickBooks could never.
Dorit's response? She laughed. On Watch What Happens Live, Dorit called the allegations "hysterical" and "the funniest thing I've ever heard." She suggested Tracy didn't fully understand the situation and accused her of seeking attention. Which is certainly one way to handle an allegation that becomes considerably less hilarious when the person at the center of it confirms he was finally paid on the exact day it became public.
But Dorit had every reason to laugh. This was March 2025. Tracy was on another Bravo show. The radio interview would blow over. Everyone would move on. Beverly Hills would return to its natural state of pretending invoices are merely suggestions.
There was just one tiny problem. Bravo did not move on.
A year later, the woman Dorit dismissed as attention-seeking wasn't watching RHOBH from home. She was joining it. Same cast. Same dinners. Same cameras. And presumably, the same memory.
Dorit thought Tracy was looking for attention. Bravo gave her a call sheet.
2022–2023 — Nurse Natalie Vanderstay, $8,600 Worked 86 hours post-surgery at $100/hr. Dorit didn't show up to court. Judge ordered payment. We covered this too.
2024–2025 — Hairstylist Chris Dylan Owed "for months." Paid in full the same day Tracy went public on Jeff Lewis Live.
2025 — Tracy's makeup artist Also allegedly stiffed. Amount unknown.
Tracy Tutor witnessed two of these personally. She now has a Bravo contract. Dorit, we suggest you pay whoever you currently owe. Immediately.
SHE ACTUALLY KNOWS EVERYONE — This Was Never a Cold Arrival.
One of the things that makes Tracy a particularly interesting addition — beyond the obvious drama potential — is that she's not a stranger to this circle. Not even close.
She's been friends with Mauricio Umansky through their shared world of luxury real estate for years. She's close with Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Kung Minkoff. She and Josh Flagg, who orbits the same Beverly Hills universe, are best friends. Jennifer Tilly welcomed her enthusiastically in the comments. Bozoma Saint John dropped a public welcome.
This isn't a stranger walking into a dinner party. This is someone who has been standing outside the door for years, waiting for someone to hand her a diamond so she could just walk in and sit down already.
Her exact role — full Housewife or "friend of" — is still technically unconfirmed, though TMZ reports she has signed on and is actively filming. Given that she arrived with a pre-existing cast feud, multiple pop culture headlines, and Andy Cohen personally calling her casting "a long time coming," the idea that Bravo would relegate her to a "friend of" credit is almost insulting. She's a full Housewife. The paperwork is probably already filed.
SEASON 16: WHO'S IN, WHO'S OUT — And Who's Nervously Refreshing Their Email.
While Bravo hasn't released the official cast list, filming is well underway — including a cast trip to Ghana for Bozoma Saint John's wedding to Keely Watson.
Yes. The wedding.
On camera.
After the proposal was on camera. After the fertility treatments were on camera. After the IVF injections were documented in real time with a level of access usually reserved for the patient, her doctor and possibly one trusted family member.
At this point, Boz has had one continuing storyline on RHOBH and his name is Keely Watson. Season one: Meet Keely. Season two: Keely Proposes, Complete With Production Budget. Season three: Boz Does IVF — Now With Needles, Because Apparently We Needed Visuals. Season four: Keely: The Wedding. We have been in this relationship for so long I feel like Bravo should send us a plus-one.
And because we love romance here at DDW, let's celebrate this beautiful occasion with a completely unrelated, purely educational stroll through reality television wedding history.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries: televised wedding, approximately $6 million in production value, 72 days of marriage. Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist: married live on ABC in January 2024. Divorce announced in April. The wedding special may have had a longer post-production schedule than the marriage. Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey: two seasons of Newlyweds, followed by the rather inconvenient discovery that eventually they would not be. Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro actually called their reality show 'Til Death Do Us Part, which remains one of the most aggressive challenges ever issued to the universe.
And according to one widely cited analysis, reality television stars have divorced at a rate of around 72%.
We're not suggesting anything. Absolutely nothing. Boz and Keely look very happy. Ghana will be beautiful. We're simply saying that if Andy Cohen hands you a microphone before you say "I do," maybe read the warranty.

Jennifer Tilly's reported upgrade to full-time Housewife is genuinely exciting news. She spent Seasons 14 and 15 as a "friend of" while quietly outperforming several of the main cast in screen presence and chaos energy. Tilly holding a diamond is Bravo finally recognizing what was in front of them all along.
Amanda Frances, meanwhile, exited gracefully with an Instagram statement that described her RHOBH experience as "a ministry." We respect the commitment to the bit.
THE RUMOR MILL — Other Names Being Whispered.
Morgan Stewart — Was absolutely, definitively rumored. Was absolutely, definitively denied by Morgan herself on Instagram the same evening as Tracy's announcement. "I don't know what happened today but no I am not joining RHOBH," she wrote. The door is closed. Probably.
Candace Marino — A luxury real estate agent with a Beverly Hills presence who keeps appearing in casting rumor roundups. Nothing confirmed. But the real estate-to-RHOBH pipeline is clearly working, so we wouldn't rule it out.
Rosanna Pansino — The YouTube baker and content creator. Her name shows up alongside Marino's in multiple reports. Also unconfirmed. The combination of Rosanna Pansino and Tracy Tutor at the same dinner table is either delightful or catastrophic, and we genuinely cannot tell which.
Crystal Kung Minkoff — Not new, but reportedly "on hold" by Bravo, who may bring her back mid-season if the dynamics need adjusting. Crystal was let go for a reason. Several reasons, probably. The fact that "adjusting the dynamics" is now being floated as her potential contribution suggests that either Bravo has a very short memory, or the season is in worse shape than we think.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY NEED — Tracy, Give Us Housewives Again.
RHOBH has been missing something for a long time. Real drama, for a start. Not the recycled kind — the same conversations, the same people, the same unresolved storylines served cold at a new dinner table every season. Kyle and Dorit not speaking. Kyle and Dorit making up. Erika's legal situation — still ongoing, still somehow never fully addressed on camera. PK. The reunion. Repeat.
What's been missing is someone who walks into that room and refuses to pretend she doesn't know what everyone already knows. Someone who hasn't spent season after season learning which questions not to ask, which subjects to avoid, and which explanations to accept without follow-up.
We need Tracy to flip a table. Figuratively. Literally. We don't care anymore. Flip something.
We need Tracy to ask the question everyone else at that table has spent three seasons politely avoiding. We need her to call bullshit while the bullshit is still happening, not six months later on a podcast. Hold Dorit accountable. Hold Kyle accountable. Hold Erika accountable. Hell, question the waiter if he looks like he knows something. Hide Dorit's credit cards. Find her a smaller house. Make yourself at home, Tracy — someone has to.
We need her to stop the escape routes. Someone changes the subject? Bring it back. Someone storms out? Let her go — we'll wait. Someone cries? Pass the tissue and repeat the question. Someone announces a boundary? Lovely. What about the question?
Dorit starts another 20-minute explanation about PK while everything actually happening in her life remains mysteriously outside the storyline? Tracy, redirect. Kyle says "I don't really want to talk about that"? Tracy, wonderful. Talk about that. Erika gives an answer requiring a law degree, three flowcharts and subtitles? Ask again.
We want Tracy to make someone forget there's a camera in the room. Make someone say something they immediately wish they hadn't. Ruin a dinner. End a friendship. Start a feud before the appetizers and somehow involve a person who wasn't even invited.
Give us a fight nobody rehearsed. Give us a sentence nobody can take back. Give us one producer behind a plant whispering "holy shit."
Tracy, give us Housewives again.
Tracy Tutor is exactly what RHOBH needed: a woman who already knows the game, already has the receipts, and already has a reason to make someone's life uncomfortable on camera. She's not arriving as a blank slate hoping the group accepts her. She's arriving as someone who has been in Dorit Kemsley's business — literally — and didn't stay quiet about it.
With the Kemsley divorce saga already unfolding, the foreclosure headlines, and a cast that watched Dorit dodge accountability for a full season, adding Tracy to the mix is either inspired casting or an absolute catastrophe. Possibly both.
DDW has been covering the Dorit unpaid bills story since before it was a story. We are here for every single minute of what comes next.
