PK Fires Back. And He Just Confirmed Everything.
Dorit said Bravo made her do it. PK filed court documents saying Bravo did not make her do any of it. The receipts were already talking. Now PK is talking too. Via TMZ. Naturally.
If you have not been following what we are calling the Most Documented Divorce in Beverly Hills History — or simply: the situation where two people in London cannot find a pen to sign a document that would save their house in California — here is a quick recap. Part one — Read: The House Is Going To Auction. The Kids Are In Florida. Dorit Is In London Declining To Discuss It. — PK's attorney sent a three-page legal letter documenting everything Dorit has failed to do — the $500K loan she agreed to sign and didn't, the school Jagger doesn't have for September, the children who don't know where their mother is. The house was going to auction. Nobody responded. Part two — Read: PK's Attorney Sent A Three-Page Legal Letter. Dorit Responded To TMZ. — Dorit finally broke her silence — via court documents obtained by TMZ — claiming $713K in designer clothes was Bravo's fault, that PK has $2 million in offshore revenue she believes exists, that she had no idea the mortgage wasn't being paid at her house where she lives, and — her strongest card — that PK is deliberately trying to render her and her children homeless. As we noted in part two, PK had actually offered her a nearby residence fully covered by him. She said no. But "homeless" plays better on TMZ. And now — part three. PK has responded to her response to him. Also via court documents. Also obtained by TMZ. Don't ask. At this point filing court documents and cc'ing TMZ is standard Housewives divorce procedure — right up there with bringing receipts to a dinner party and crying without smudging your mascara. We don't make the rules. Neither do they, apparently.
A WORD ON PK — Because This Is Not A Fan Letter.
Before we go any further. A word on PK Kemsley. Because this article is not a fan letter. The man has a forty-year history of knowing exactly when to exit before the roof comes down. A trail of ventures that ended quietly — PK gone before the paperwork caught up. He is the kind of man who has been broke on paper and solvent in practice so many times that his own financial picture is, let's say, creative. He leveraged Boy George — his daughter's godfather — as collateral for a loan. Boy George. The godfather. On a lien document. For a house he doesn't live in.
PK is not an angel. Nobody in this story is an angel. But here is the thing about court documents — they don't care who you're rooting for. The receipts are the receipts. And right now the receipts are all pointing in the same direction.
You cannot play a player. You especially cannot play a player who has been quietly collecting evidence for two years. Dorit performed for the cameras. PK went to the courthouse. One of those strategies works better in family court.
BRAVO NEVER REQUIRED IT — He Said It. Under Oath. In Court Documents.
Let us recap what Dorit told the court. She spent $713K on clothing over 26 months because she had to be "camera ready" for RHOBH. Necessary professional expenses. The show required it. Bravo demanded it. Designer labels were basically a uniform. She was practically a flight attendant in Chanel.
PK filed court documents saying: no.
Not "that seems like a lot." Not "I respectfully disagree." No. Per court documents obtained by TMZ, he argues that reality TV is about following cast members' actual lives — and that production did not mandate Dorit spend lavishly on clothing, jewelry, handbags, glam, or stylists. He calls them personal lifestyle choices. Not professional requirements. Not contractual obligations. Personal. Lifestyle. Choices.
A conclusion we also reached in our previous article. A conclusion most people would reach on their own given approximately four seconds of thought. A conclusion that apparently escaped Dorit — who may not have read her contract, may not have watched a single castmate, or may simply believe that Bravo's definition of "your real life" includes $713K in designer purchases — or $995K if you ask the bank statements, but we will get to that — and a house in foreclosure. Bravo has not confirmed this.
He went further — noting that many of the items could also be worn when cameras weren't rolling. Which means they were not exclusive to filming. Which means they were not work expenses. Which means a judge is going to look at $713K in designer purchases and call them exactly what PK is calling them.
Personal lifestyle choices made while the mortgage went unpaid.
As we noted — and as Lisa Rinna confirmed publicly — Bravo does not pay for wardrobe. Bravo does not reimburse hair. Bravo does not cover glam. Bravo says: show up as who you are. Eileen Davidson showed up as who she was. Teddi Mellencamp showed up as who she was. Dorit showed up as someone who needed $713K worth of clothes that, per her own attorney, frequently didn't fit.
PK has now confirmed it in court. Under oath. The argument is over.
Production did not mandate Dorit spend lavishly on clothing, jewelry, handbags, glam, or stylists. These were personal lifestyle choices.
— PK Kemsley, court documents, July 2026SHE EARNS MORE THAN HE DOES — He Said That Too. Under Oath. Also In Court Documents.
This is the line that deserves its own paragraph. Its own moment. Its own quiet sit-down.
PK claims in his court documents that Dorit earns substantially more than he does. And that despite this, she has refused to contribute toward the mortgages, insurance, taxes, and operating expenses for the home she has been living in since their separation.
So. Dorit is asking the court for $21K a month in child support, $22K a month in spousal support, and $347K in retroactive payments. While spending $713K on clothes. While refusing to pay the mortgage on the house she lives in. While he was advancing emergency funds to stop foreclosure. While she was in London declining to discuss it.
For those who have been asking — and a few of you have — no, I am not a lawyer. I am someone who can read. Which, in this case, is sufficient.
California's guideline formula for child and spousal support is calculated based on both parties' net income. The higher earner typically pays the lower earner. If his filing is accurate — and it is filed under oath — the support may flow in the opposite direction from what she is asking for.
This is what is known in legal circles as a problem.
THE $2 MILLION QUESTION — She Said It. He Didn't Answer It. Interesting.
Dorit claimed in her filing that PK earns $2 million a year — with other sources of revenue outside the United States. Two million. Precisely. With a specific international dimension. As we noted, that level of specificity from someone who only "believes" this is worth paying attention to.
PK's response to the $2 million claim? He says she earns more than him.
Not: "I do not earn $2 million." Not: "there is no offshore revenue." Not: "I have no idea where she got that number." Just — she earns more than him. A very specific way to not answer a very specific question.
If the $2 million didn't exist, he would say the $2 million doesn't exist. He didn't say that. He said she earns more than him. Those are two different statements. A judge will notice they are two different statements.
We notice too.
She earns substantially more than he does.
— PK Kemsley, court documents, July 2026. What he said. Not what Dorit asked.THE MATH — What We Know. What We Don't. And What The Judge Will See.
Let us be precise about what we actually know here.
We have seen four months of bank statements — December 2024 to March 2025 — showing $995,270 in luxury purchases. That is what PK submitted and what TMZ published. Those are the numbers we can confirm.
Dorit is talking about 26 months. $713K net after returns. We have not seen the other 22 months. We have not seen the return credits. We do not know if $995,270 is gross or net. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
What we do know: PK has seen all 26 months. The full statements were subpoenaed. Every purchase. Every return credit. Every net figure. He did the math on all of it — and he still called the total staggering. Even after returns. His word. In court documents. Under oath.
That is not a man who missed the credits. That is a man who subtracted them and arrived at the same conclusion anyway.
The judge will see everything. All 26 months. Every purchase. Every return. Every credit. The judge will run the numbers independently. And whatever those numbers show — $713K as Dorit claims, or something considerably larger as the four months we have seen suggest — the judge will have the full picture.
We have four months. The judge gets all of it. August 6th.
Dorit argued the raw totals were misleading because many items were returned. That things didn't fit. That the real number was lower. That Chanel Melbourne and Hermès Paris and Louis Vuitton Las Vegas saw a lot of her coming back through the door.
PK's position: fine. Even after every return. Even after every credit. Even after every item that mysteriously didn't fit after Dorit — professional stylist, fashion entrepreneur, woman who has been dressed for television for nine seasons — bought it anyway in three countries. The net amount is still, in his own words, staggering.
He is not disputing the returns. He is saying the returns don't change the conclusion. Which is the correct legal position. A subpoenaed bank statement shows gross purchases and net credits separately. A judge sees both. The question is not whether she returned things. The question is what she spent — and whether that is consistent with someone who claims she could not contribute to the mortgage.
It is not consistent. PK said so. Under oath.
PK's filing: Bravo never required any of it. She earns more than him. She refused to pay the mortgage. Bank statements show $995,270 in four months alone. Even after returns — staggering.
August 6th: Six days away. A judge will read all of it. The judge is not going to find "I don't read long documents" a compelling defense.
WHAT HAPPENS NOW — August 6th. A Courtroom. A Judge Who Is Not TMZ.
Both parties have now filed court documents. Both have made their case publicly via TMZ. Both have drawn their lines.
Dorit's line: PK is the problem. He has money somewhere. He stopped paying. She was just trying to do her job in designer clothes that didn't always fit and were therefore not her fault.
PK's line: She earns more than him. She chose the lifestyle. She refused to contribute. Bravo never asked her to do any of it. And even after the returns — staggering.
One of these lines is supported by subpoenaed bank statements, a forensic accounting breakdown, school rejection notices in writing, and a three-page legal letter that got no response. The other is supported by the word "believes," clothes that didn't fit, and a very expensive attorney who chose every word very carefully.
A judge on August 6th will decide which line wins.
The judge is not TMZ. The judge reads documents. All of them. Including the long ones.
We will be watching.
Stay tuned for Dorit's response to PK's response to Dorit's response to — okay, you get it. We will be here. TMZ will be there first.
Dorit said Bravo made her do it. PK filed court documents saying Bravo did not make her do any of it. Dorit said PK earns $2 million with offshore revenue. PK said she earns more than him. He did not mention the $2 million. He did not deny the $2 million. He just said she earns more. Those are two very different things. Dorit said the returns make the total lower. PK said even with the returns — staggering. August 6th is in six days. The documents are piling up faster than Chanel receipts in Melbourne. The judge will read every single one. Dorit should too. She has said she is not interested in long documents. The court is not going to find that compelling.
Do you think PK's filing changes anything before August 6th? And what do you make of the $2 million he didn't deny? 👇 Drop it in the comments.
